For those traditional wall and car chargers to do the same, it costs twice or more. No need to mention the space and energy you save by using IonHub, which works at home, office, or in the car or airplane(To use IonHub in the airplane, an Empower adapter, IT-828, is required, sold separately).

What comes with the charging hub?
An AC wall adapter, which can take worldwide voltages from 100V AC to 240V AC. (The AC adapter has North American 2-prong male plug. We do offer a Worldwide AC Plug Adapter Socket for international travelers: UC-P01, sold separately.)
A car cigarette socket adapter, which allows you to charge in a car.
A soft pouch.
Individual tips for charging your specific devices are sold separately. We make custom tips as well.
You may buy the bundles, some include 3 tips to get you started, and save.

Do I have to buy 6 tips for it to work?
No. IonHub will charge 1, 2, ... up to 6 devices at the same time.

I have 9 different devices to charge, what should I do?
You may buy 9 tips for each of your devices and charge any 6 of them at the same time.
It is very simple and easy to change the tips on IonHub. With the self-locking feature, the tips locks to the hub. No more loose tips.

How do I know which tip plug into which port?
The charging hub side of the connection is identical. Just plug and charge. All ionTips work on any of the 6 ports.

Does the IonTip iT-371 charge the new iPhone 3G?
Unfortunately no, due to the change of charging protocol from Apple. However, we have come up with a new IonTip, iT-1143, that will charge the iPhone 3G. The iT-1143 also charges the new generation iPod Touch and iPod Nano-color.

I purchased a 2nd generation iPod Touch. The ionTip I own, iT-371, which worked for all my other apple iPod devices, does not work with the new touch. Is there something different here?
Yes. There is a change of charging protocol from Apple in both new iPhone 3Gh and new iPod. We have addressed and resolved this issue by designing a new tip iT-1143 that charges the new iPhnoe 3G, the new iPod Touch, and the new "skinny" iPod Nano-color. We are keeping the iT-371 in our listing because the new iT-1143 does not charge iPod Nano/3rd Gen but the iT-371 does.

If in the future I have to use new devices, Do I have to buy a new IonHub charging hub?
No. You may just need to buy a new charging tip. You will most likely be able to find the new charging tips from our online store. Even if not, you can always ask us to custom make one for you. Your IonHub charging hub will be universal and remain the same.

What if I can't find the charging tips for my devices?
