"First of all - I don't think I need 30 days to know that I am NOT returning this product. At first glance this looks like a dream come true. I have had problems with airlines losing my luggage lately so I have had to carry all of my power cords for my computer, MP3 player, DVD player and cell phone on my carry on. Perfect solution to a common problem.
"With a product like the IonHub, which claims to support thousands of devices, the key question is customer service. My wife and I have a variety of gadgets, some of them old and some of them offbeat. When we emailed to inquire about whether they could support all these, we had a favorable reply back within a couple hours, and the product shipped the next day. Then, when it turned out that one of the tips did not fit -- because the original manufacturer had actually supplied two different tips over the life of the product --IonHub tracked down the correct replacement and exchanged it immediately. Super service!

As to the product itself, it performs exactly as advertised. We've replaced the mess of five different transformer cubes and a tangle of wires with one small, compact device that only requires a single wall plug. And it works in the car, too. Highly recommended. "

About the Ionhub charger:
Well thought design – compact, functional and practical. Ionhub looks like small network HUB. It can use my laptop adapter or motorcycle jack (in my case); has self-locking jacks for charging tips. Charging tips can be custom made. Ionhub made 3 custom tips for me – with Nikon, Sony, and Panasonic battery docks.

Costumer service:
I’m very happy with Ionhub costumer service. They patiently provided absolutely useful information and I’ve made a best practical choice of tips for my application.
Product was shipped promptly. It came with Hub, adapter, tips and 2 pouches.
